Disappointed. One of the crossbars arrived bent. Customer service was slow to respond. Had to bend it back myself which wasn't ideal. Expected better QC for the price.

It's okay. The metal is thinner than I expected from the photos. It works for light duty, but I'm not sure how it will hold up under heavy loads long term. Shipping was fast though.
