Arrived with a slightly bent pin on the connector. Had to bend it back carefully. It works now, but QC should be better. Customer service was okay, but I shouldn't have to do their job for them. Works fine after the DIY fix though.

If you have a Lippert step system that acts possessed, buy this. It calmed mine right down. Installation was straightforward if you have basic tools. Now I can enter my RV with dignity instead of doing a weird shuffle dance. Excellent quality control from Lippert.

It works, but the price tag made my wallet cry a little. Functionality is good, no complaints there, but I expected maybe a golden plating for that cost. It does stop the step from jittering, so I guess it's fair.

Exact fit for my Lippert system. Plug and play. I was worried about compatibility, but it paired up faster than my last dating app match. Steps extend and retract without hesitation. Happy camper here.

Love it! No more guessing if the step is fully extended. It just works. My husband tried to fix the old one and nearly lost a finger, so this was a much safer and cheaper alternative to divorce proceedings. Great product.

Solid upgrade. The step moves smoothly now. Took me about 20 minutes to swap out. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions were written in what I assume is ancient hieroglyphs, but YouTube saved the day. Does the job well.

Works perfectly. My old step controller gave up the ghost, but this one revived my entry system instantly. No more manual cranking like it's 1850. Highly recommend if you want to feel modern again.
